At the Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory in Naples a special evening to get lost among the stars with lessons and observations
Wednesday March 28 2018 atAstronomical Observatory of Capodimonte in Naples there will be a special and fascinating evening to get lost among the stars. The event is "The stars of Capodimonte" and will be held starting from 19: 00.
The event includes lectures at digital planetarium dedicated to the Russian cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin. A special place housed in a dome of about 10 meters in diameter that can accommodate up to about 70 people, inside which there is a 7500 lumen digital projector capable of projecting an image with a resolution of 2560 by 1600 pixels.
Guests and fans of astronomy can then attend fascinating lessons on the planets of the sky.
The evening will then continue in collaboration with Unione Astrofili Italiani with comments to telescopes to get a closer look at the stars. For participation in the event the reservation is mandatory.
