In Piazza Plebiscito in Naples the 2019 Befana Festival arrives with gifts, desserts, pizzas and the old woman who falls from above!
Sunday January 6 2019 the most awaited Epiphany event for adults and children is back: the Feast of the Befana in Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples, With the 'I arrive from above of the sweet old woman.
Every year this event makes entertain thousands who pour into the square for receive donuts and gifts from Befana as gifts, which will appear spectacularly from above. Among the wonderful gifts there will be games, fairy tales books offered by Euronics Gruppo Tufano, candies and pizzas of the pizza chef Vincenzo Varlese. The music that will accompany the arrival of the Befana will be the tammorra of the masters Romeo Barbaro della "Paranza" and Rino Saggio
The day of celebration is enriched by the civic fanfare of firemen, in fact the Provincial Command of Naples of the Fire Brigade participates, every year, in the organization of the event together with the Administration.
In Piazza Plebiscio will also be set up the fun path of Pompieropoli with special vehicles and the stand of the national instructors of the “La Gioiosa” Social Cooperative. Airway clearing maneuvers will be illustrated.
