Chocolate Festival in Caserta, three days of sweetness and tradition

From 7 to 9 March 2025, Caserta becomes the capital of chocolate with the return of Choco Italia on Tour, the great event dedicated to the best Italian artisan products. The event will take place in Piazza Dante, Between Mazzini street e Corso Trieste, A few steps from Palace of Caserta, XNUMX admission completely free. The event, organized by theItaly Events Association, is one of the most anticipated stages of the national tour, thanks also to the patronage of the City of Caserta,ONE IS and The Chocolate Way Association.

A journey through chocolate and regional traditions

During the three days it will be possible to discover the confectionery excellences of six Italian regions, with stands dedicated to the most delicious specialties:

• Campania: traditional sweets, artisanal chocolate, cremini with assorted flavours, organic honey and the famous crunchy biscuit with walnuts and almonds.
• Umbria: pralines, cremini and chocolate from Perugia.
• Molise: sugar-free and lactose-free chocolate, pralines and spreadable creams with dark chocolate, hazelnut and pistachio.
• Puglia: yeast-free biscuits and taralli in numerous variations.
• Calabria: pure licorice and licorice liqueurs.
• Sicilia: Modica chocolate, almond and pistachio brittle, cannoli and waffle.

Workshops and experiences for adults and children

In addition to the tastings, the program includes several educational and interactive activities, ideal for involving visitors of all ages. Among the most anticipated events:

• The European Cultural Chocolate Factory, with the Perugian masters engaged in live preparation.
• Cocoa Origins Workshop, which traces the journey from the cocoa bean to the chocolate bar.
• Become a chocolatier for a day, an experience designed for those who want to try their hand at artisanal workmanship.
• Grandparents and grandchildren: a world of chocolate, a moment of sharing between generations, available every day from 15pm to 20pm.
• The Healthy Snack, with the tasting of fresh bread and artisanal spreadable cream Giffoni hazelnut PGI, the proceeds of which will be donated to social projects.
