Four evenings dedicated to the genuine flavors of the territory and music for the 2018 Festival of Ancient Flavors in San Salvatore Telesino.
From Thursday 28 June to Sunday 1 June 2018 returns with its thirteenth edition the Sagra degli antichi sapori in the district of Cese San Manno a San Salvatore Telesino, Benevento, with a rich menu and many traditional dishes. There will be musical performances that will take place during the four evenings of the festival.
The event will take place in the heart of the Valley of the Redeemer, known for its food products such as oil, vegetables and wine that will be the basis of the dishes present at the Festival thus keeping alive a cultural tradition much felt in San Salvatore Telesino and in the surrounding areas.
The event will take place in Piazza SS Redentore and will focus on typical local products. There will be no lack of "homemade" dishes, a must of the Festival: the "orecchiette alla San Mannese ", "Carn and puorc e Paparuol" and sandwiches with meat. Everything will be accompanied by music and of course local wine. All local products in a menu that is faithful to traditional local dishes.
