A Licola returns the Feast of Ancient Taverns between music, tradition and rediscovery of the ancient flavors of the place!
Back for the seventh edition la Festival of Ancient Taverns twigs The 22 25 April 2017 at the State Institute for the Environment and Agriculture "Giovanni Falcone" in Licola di Pozzuoli to rediscover Neapolitan traditions and ancient flavors.
Inside the suggestive archaeological park along the ancient Via Domiziana, seven posts will be built that will become the ancient taverns thanks to the work of over 300 appearing in traditional '700 clothes and specially designed sets. In addition to the taverns there will be some exhibition stands of agro-food products, an educational farm to let the little ones interact with the farm animals and during the whole event groups of dancers and musicians will animate the archaeological park with traditional instruments.
Taverns and menus
There are seven taverns protagonists of the event and each will prepare thematic dishes of the tradition with selected ingredients and zero kilometer. Following the menus:
