From 18 to 20 July 2014 Sant'Agata dei Goti will host the fourth edition of the Charcoal Festival offering a menu full of meat and more

The tasty is back festival of the embers in Sant'agata dei Goti, an unmissable event for those who love eating meat, but not only!

In fact, from 18 to 20 July 2014 , at the former sports field in the Capitone area, you can choose what to eat from a rich menu that includes several courses. Furthermore, the fun will be guaranteed thanks to the animation of Tiziana and the Guido group and some craft stands.

Below, we report the complete menu of the festival.

Pastas: peasant-style pasta (aubergine cream, sausage and bacon), paccheri of fresh Sannio pasta (asparagus and sausage), penne all'arrabbiata, stuffed polenta.

Main courses: grilled steak, grilled village sausage, grilled chicken steaks, mixed grilled, wurstel, country cheeses

Side Dishes: grilled vegetables: aubergines, courgettes, squash, onion.
