Piazza Forcella comes alive with performances and theatrical performances for children and families in the evenings of 26, 29 and 30 July 2018 on the occasion of Festival of Peripheries - States of Grace and Emergency. The initiative is included in the event Summer in Naples 2018 "Summer Girl - A voice of creatures", promoted by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Municipality of Naples.
Il Festival of Peripheries, which is reviving with shows, performances and theatrical events in some areas of the city of Naples, then moves to the municipal space of Piazza Forcella with a series of events dedicated to children, curated by I Teatrini di Luigi Marsano. Events are free admission subject to availability.

The cicada, the ant and ..., by Teatro Eidos
The show is drawn freely from "Le favole" of Jean de La Fontaine, with Mimmo Soricelli, Raffaella Mirra, Virginio De Matteo, directed by Virginio De Matteo.
Famous tales will be told in a theatrical form as "The cicada and the ant", "The country mouse and the city rat", "The turtle and the hare", all characterized by a moral that teaches how to juggle life, like pills of daily wisdom suitable for children, but also for adults.
