Bufala Village in the province of Caserta with tastings, music and show cooking
Caserta and its province are the places where a very tasty buffalo mozzarella is produced par excellence and the Bufala Village could only take place in the Caserta area. The whole province, in fact, is the main breeding area of the Italian Mediterranean buffalo and its milk allows the production of mozzarella which is a dop product.
At the excavations of Herculaneum, in the European Parking area, the fish festival from 10 to 12 September thanks to the collaboration of the Red Cross volunteers. The proceeds will be donated to charity for initiatives aimed at fighting the Covid pandemic.
There will be many dishes to taste and will not miss the music in every evening.

On 11 and 12 September Aria di Festa dell'Uva takes place in Solopaca, the traditional event dedicated to grapes and the good wine that is produced in those areas. This year there won't be the traditional parade of allegorical floats, due to the pandemic, but excellent tastings will be possible and the cellars will be open.
