Traditions and Italian food and wine excellences at the free festival Sapori d'autunno in Naples with many tastings!

From 23 to 28 October 2017 in Via Diaz in Naples, adjacent to the Toledo Station of the meter line 1, the event will take place Flavors and Typicality of Autumn.

A journey through the street food and the agri-food excellences of Italy with a careful look at the production processes and the transformation of agricultural products that must be consumed respecting the seasonality.

Artisans of taste will participate, producers, coming from various Italian regions that will offer a wide range of products and specialties including strudel, speck, dumplings and lard of Tyrol, typical cheeses of malga, Trentin Ventricina Teramana wine, spreadable or not, goat and sheep cheeses, traditional Lucanian and Calabrian cold cuts.

Wellness lovers can choose spices, seeds, dehydrated fruit, tea, infusions, herbal teas and pure flavored licorice, while for the greedy there will be sweet temptations between nougats, Almond paste and Sicilian cannoli, but also the chocolate delicacies of the master Antonio Schettini of Chocopassione.

A special space will be dedicated to products dop campani like the Piennolo del Vesuvio tomato, the Annurca IGP apple, the Naples pumpkin and the craft beer. Finally, interesting will be held workshops: interweaving of the Piennolo Pomodorino, processing of nougat, stages of processing of homemade chocolate, with the making of a pumpkin for Halloween.
