In the chapel of the former Asilo Filangieri in Naples the free cinema will be inaugurated with a day of screenings and events!

After many months of work, the free cinema of the Ex Asilo Filangieri in Naples will finally open its doors in the Chapel of the structure and will inaugurate its projection season with a special one Open Day on 11 June 2017.

It will be a whole day where they will be transmitted films from morning to evening and will be organized shows and events, all between the cinema and the vegetable garden. The aim is to give life to a free cinema, free from market logic and independent in the city.

The project will come to life this Sunday, after a long journey that involved the inhabitants of the historic center area, and thanks to the fundraising made possible by crowdfunding. The initiative also aims to create a space of confrontation and dialogue with the workers of art, entertainment and imagination.
