Because of closure of the Galleria Vittoria in Naples, tangential has decided to activate thetoll exemption who has to go to the west of the city.

The toll will not have to be paid on the Capodimonte-Fuorigrotta section and vice versa starting from the 15 September 2021 e from 7.00 to 8.30 from Monday to Friday. The provision will be valid until 31 December and only in Fuorigrotta and Capodimonte stations.

The decision was made by the Mayor of Naples Luigi De Magistris who made a request to the Tangenziale to limit the enormous inconvenience due to the closure of the Galleria Vittoria, but also in conjunction with the opening of schools which causes a large movement of cars in the city .

We recall that the closure of the Galleria Vittoria was made necessary to make start consolidation work in compliance with current regulations.

How to take advantage of the exemption

Who can take advantage of this exemption will register through the appropriate forms on site of the ring road by 30 September. Only those who carry out this operation will be entitled to the exemption. Interested parties must sign a self-certification form, to be downloaded on the website, and sent to the email info@tangenzialedinapoli.it.

Who does not have the Telepass, must indicate the registration number of his vehicle on the self-certification and the passage must only take place on the Telepass track, naturally only in the indicated time slot. Instead, i Telepass holders they will have to indicate their Telepass number and will be credited with the amount paid when passing through the appropriate toll booth.
