At the Capodimonte Museum in Naples various free Neapolitan language courses have been organized!

In the Auditorium of the Museum and Real Bosco di Capodimonte in Naples Saturday May 4 at 10: 00 will hold the first of three events for the knowledge and study of the Neapolitan language.

The event was born from an idea of Enrico Isaia and Maria Pepillo Foundation and will be divided into three appointments, the first that will be the 4 and the subsequent ones scheduled for the 12 and the 18 May 2019.

During the three-day free course guests can study history, phonetics, semantics, etymology, morphology and syntax of the Neapolitan language. They will be able to know the roots of the language, in fact among the topics scheduled the etymologies from Greek, Latin, French and Spanish, reading and writing tests, song poetry and theater.

Each lesson will be interspersed with music by the MusiCapodimonte association: the ancient art of Neapolitan parking by Aurora Giglio.

A real three-level course will then follow at Palazzo Salerno Lancellotti in Casalnuovo between June, October and November 2019, in the spaces that the Municipality has granted on loan to the Foundation inside the historic Palazzo.
