Freskissima 2017 at the Posillipo Club of Naples, a charity event with street food prepared by the best Neapolitan chefs and pizza makers.
Il July 6 2017 returns for the third edition Freskissima at the Circolo Posillipo in Naples with the title "Pizze e sfizi 'nterra' o mare" and will be dedicated to Neapolitan street food.
The event is organized by Progetto Abbracci Onlus with the collaboration of Stile Libero to raise funds to support "Dimora in poi", project to donate a homeless shelter to which Progetto Abbracci will contribute with the donation of a kitchen and a refectory with which to guarantee hot meals.
On the terraces and on the quay of the Circolo Posillipo the chefs and the pizza chefs, including very high quality names such as Gino Sorbillo, Pasqualino Rossi, Guglielmo Vuolo, Marco Infante, Pasquale Torrente and Peppe Aversa, will perform in the preparation of classic Neapolitan street food, from tarallo 'nzogna and pepper to fried pizza.
In concomitance it will also take place "Emerging Pizza Chef"Or the regional selections for the Best young Italian Pizzaiolo promoted by Witaly. Not just food shows, but also musical accompaniment edited by Helen Tesfazghi with the Afroblus.
