Although the Qatar 2022 World Cup has stopped football championships around the world, Spalletti has no intention of letting his team lose pace. In fact, the Neapolitan club has just formalized the opponents and the dates of the matches friendly matches that he will have to face in the course of his tour in Turkey.
These will be matches that will have the aim of keeping the team together and not losing the competitive energy that the Napoli players have accumulated in these first months of the season.
Naples friendlies: opponents and dates
This friendly tour is called "Winter Football Series".
Le scheduled matches are the following:
- Antalyaspor – Naples | December 7, 2022 | 18:45 Italian time
- Naples – Crystal Palace | December 11, 2022 | 16:00 Italian
The club made the matches official with the following press release:
SSC Napoli announces that the first team will resume training tomorrow, Wednesday 30 November, at the SSC Napoli Konami Training Center.
On Thursday 1 December, the Azzurri will leave for Antalya, Turkey, where they will participate in the Winter Football Series by Regnum.
While participating in the event, Napoli will support training sessions within the structure that will host the Azzurri and will play two friendly matches: against Antalya on 7 December at the Antalya Arena (20.45 local time) and against Crystal Palace on December 11 at Regnum Carya (18 local time).
Apparently, none of the match will be broadcast on television.
