To win the first place of the ranking 50 Top Italy 2022 of the Latteria Sorrentina Award is the famous sandwich shop from Gigione to Pomigliano d'Arco.
So, from Naples and its province comes another excellent record in the gastronomic field and "da Gigione Gourmand" is a place to visit to taste its deliciously prepared sandwiches and varied.
The best sandwich in Italy
The aforementioned guide, which annually chooses i best restaurants in the world, presented a ranking for different categories including fish restaurants, pastry shops, taverns and, among these, even sandwich shops.
Here Gigione found himself in first place and the owner himself said he was very proud of this "extraordinary recognition for our work of constant research which sees one in the center new conception of the sandwich".
