Il Gambrinus coffee, the historic café of Napoli dating back to the nineteenth and located in the famous Via Chiaia, has announced to customers a beautiful novelty, or a new and tasty dessert who was called Madness by its creator, the pastry chef Stefano.

Madness: how the new dessert is made

Through a video posted on the café's facebook page it was presented to the public Folly, the new house specialty. This is a new dessert, a mix between curly and shortcrust pastry, which contains a very tasty inside lemon scented ricotta cream and enriched by oranges in cubes.

The new dessert for the shape recalls the symbol of the city of Naples, or the Vesuvio, and is able to give those who taste it a pleasant and fresh sensation, with an intriguing and certainly summery taste. Madness it can be eaten at the table with cutlery, or in bites, while walking through the streets of the city.
