The case broke out after the news that 60 people had to pay 50 euros each to enter an exclusive event in Palermo and have the opportunity to take a selfie with Chiara Ferragni. The truth, however, is another: here's how things went.
Chiara Ferragni began her tour to present her products , but not even a week had passed since her debut when controversy immediately erupted.
What happened? According to what many people revealed on social media , it seems that, for the Palermo event , held on November 29, 2022, the entrepreneur allowed 60 people to attend and meet her, but asked them 50 euros to take a selfie with her.
Needless to say, the news made many people turn up their noses (although it must be said that Kiss , in order to take a photo with them in full, complete with makeup and hair, went as far as asking fans 1000 euros to take a selfie with them), but, obviously, things didn't quite go that way.
Chiara Ferragni, this is how the Palermo event really took place
According to what was reported today by Palermo Today , the event was exclusive and was reserved only for the 60 people who, after purchasing Chiara Ferragni products (for a minimum spend of 50 euros ), found the winning scratch card.
The 60 lucky winners then went to the perfumery on Via Principe di Belmonte, where the event was held and where they could take a selfie with Chiara Ferragni (but without paying) or ask her for an autograph.
To put it in a nutshell, the event took place as a "conventional" copy signing: you buy the book, then you get in line to get to know the author and have a personalized dedication.
Nothing scandalous or unknown then and, as for Palermo , it is certain that Chiara Ferragni will use the same method for the other Italian dates too.
