Serious mourning in the world of cinema: Ray Stevenson, the actor who played Tito Pullo in the TV series "Roma", died this morning at the Rizzoli hospital in Ischia. He was on the island for his latest film and had been rushed in Saturday afternoon after collapsing on set.

Stevenson's conditions, when he arrived in the Ischia hospital, were already very critical. Doctors did everything to save him, but this morning, after hovering between life and death for almost five days, the actor got worse and died shortly after.

In the meantime, no other information has been released from the Ischia hospital, so it is not yet known whether the shooting of the film will continue and, again, whether the Ray Stevenson's funeral will be held on the island or if, instead, the actor's body will be transported to England for the funeral ceremony and burial there.
