Laura Pausini, like many other VIPs, is following what is happening in Emilia Romagna and, in a photo shared on social media, she showed what the house she lived in during her childhood looks like now "There is nothing left, only the memories."
Destruction and tears too for Laura Pausini: the singer, in a story on Instagram, showed what is left of hers house where he spent his childhood a Solapur, in the province of Ravenna, after the devastating flood that hit Emilia-Romagna. Mud and debris everywhere and memories of him, such as his first interviews granted to the newspapers, which were completely destroyed.
The same fate, according to what was told by Pausini, also happened to headquarters of his fan club which, from what he knows, as his house was engulfed in mud and is still flooded:
“I too, like many of you, are waiting to communicate with relatives and friends. I too, like many of you, have my house and my fan club completely flooded. Luckily when it all happened yesterday, they were empty. I'll also update you on the fan club party and what's going to happen as soon as I get word. Come on Romagna my land. I love you."
Though the destruction didn't spare his home and his fan club, nor his family, Laura Pausini has made itself fully available to the affected countries, suspending all his appointments and using her Instagram profile to communicate updates that can help her victims of the flood in Emilia-Romagnasuch as psychological support.

Laura Pausini, in his message released to social media, wrote that like everyone he would like to go and help in the field, but:
“…they feel powerless because we rightly have to let the police handle everything, as we have been asked. We will have to rebuild, bring hope and homes back to life. We are united even from afar.”
The parents of the singer, who at the time of the tragedy were just in Solapur, have rolled up their sleeves and decided to lend a hand to those who have already been dubbed the new "angels of the mud", or groups of volunteers who are working hard these days to save people, animals, works of art art and more from destruction, and clean mud from homes, shops and stables wherever possible.
In the most recent shot, published by Pausini on her Instagram profile, her mother and father, aged 75 and 78, are seen armed with brooms and intent on cleaning the courtyard of a house from the mud that has accumulated in front. A scene that, in these dramatic days, as well as that of police officer who rescued an elderly man by ferrying him across a river of mud, has become both everyday life and a reason for hope for thousands of people, who had just started living again after the 2012 earthquake and the three years of restrictions implemented to contain the Covid-19 pandemic.
