Amadeus announced it a short while ago, in a press release sent to Ansa , and was unable to hide his emotion for what promises to be a full-blown event:

“I have the pleasure and honor to announce that President Mattarella will be there tonight for the first time in the history of the festival. It is an important sign of closeness to the world of entertainment.”
