The first citizen of Herculaneum, or the mayor, gave the announcement to the citizens of the start of filming Ciro Buonajuto, through a post published on his Facebook page that reads: "Today and tomorrow the Linea Verde - RaiUno cameras will be around Ercolano to record an episode in which we will talk about our city, the Golden Mile and Vesuvius. In fact, some of the footage of Green Line were carried out on the pier of Villa Favorita which is located in the stretch of Corso Resina, called Miglio d'Oro and will focus on annurca apple, or the Queen of apples, a variety of apple typical of the Campania region.
Obviously a lot of space will be dedicated to the vegetation present on the Vesuvio. The Neapolitan volcano in the eruption of 79 AD completely covered the city of Herculaneum, today characteristic for the famous archaeological excavations.
