Sunday May 2 2021 in the wonderful Bosco di Capodimonte in Naples will be organized byLocus Iste Cultural Association, a special guided tour entitled The Walk of the King.
It will be a walk in the name of history and nature which obviously will take place outdoors between tree-lined avenues and royal buildings, thus allowing you to learn about the history and many curiosities about the Capodimonte Wood and about the life of King Charles of Bourbon.
The King's Walk in the Capodimonte Woods
The Walk of the King which will take place on Sunday 2 May 2021 at 10:30 am will be a special narrated walk, in which thanks to the expert guides of Locus Iste you can learn about the history of the place and the habits of the royals.
A special walk among the marvelous ones Flora and fauna that populate the Capodimonte Park in Naples which was built by architects and botanists Ferdinando Sanfelice, Ferdinando Fuga and Friedrich Dehnhardt.
During the walk you can admire ancient buildings such as the Cellar, the former Real Porcelain Factory, the Church of San Gennaro, la Fagianeria, the Capraia and much more.
The walk will last approximately 2 hours, we advise you to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
