Hacker attack at ASL Napoli 3: activate your phone number and email to ask for information

I computer systems of ASL Napoli 3 Sud suffered a hacker attack which is creating many problems, but to meet the needs of patients and anyone who needs information, a telephone number e a specific email.

Here's what the phone number is:

• 08118408323;
• it is active from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.00;
• on Saturdays it is active from 8.30 to 12.30.

Instead, the email contact is:

• info.attaccohacker@aslnapoli3sud.it to write directly to the company responsible for the protection of personal data.

The theft of personal data

The hacker attack was immediately on 7 January 2022, therefore several days ago, and the computer systems had in fact gone haywire creating many inconveniences.

A serious action, this, because the ASL has communicated that they were also stolen personal data which at the moment, however, it is not yet known what they are. The company has announced that it is constantly working to solve the problem and return the service as before.
