THE"Federico II" University of Naples it is one of the oldest universities in Italy and in the world, it was in fact founded on June 5th of 1224 from Frederick II of Swabia, King of Sicily and Holy Roman Emperor.
They have passed well since its foundation 797 years and for this occasion the days June 4 and 5, 2021, a whole series of special events will be organized that will celebrate the beautiful recurrence. In particular, on Saturday 5th June at 10:00 in the wonderful historical Aula Magna of the University, the prizegiving of 76 young Frederick like deserving students.
The Federico II University of Naples turns 797 years: the events
Of the 76 young Federicians who will be awarded during the celebrations for the 797 years that have passed since the foundation of the Federico II University of Naples, only six will be represented, while all the others will be connected on the zoom platform, to welcome them by the rector of the University, Matteo Lorito and the presidents of the Federician Schools.
Subsequently, computer devices for distance learning will be delivered to Professor Marella Santangelo, which will be intended for students of the University Penitentiaries of Campania.
The delivery of the prize for the Photo Contest is also scheduled Revelations. Rediscover, Reborn, Find yourself, the conversation About Dante and the concert Love not love by Peppe Servillo & Franco Marcoaldi Trio.
