Christmas treasure hunt in Naples: in the ancient center between history and myths

Piazza San Domenico Maggiore in Naples

A fun Christmas treasure hunt in Naples to discover its history, myths and beliefs.

The 17 December 2016 and 7 January 2017 do not miss the appointment with the initiative "Our game is ninety", a fun hunt on the history of Naples between myth, history, cinema, ancient and modern art.

The treasure hunt, lasting about three hours, will start from piazza San Domenico Maggiore and then enter the streets of the historic center, the beating heart of the city. The number 90, in the cabalistic interpretation of the Neapolitan Smorfia, indicates, in fact, not only 'fear', but also the discovery of a treasure.

Participants will be divided into teams and will have at their disposal a series of clues to decipher that will test their knowledge of the city. Through their smartphones, each team will send photos of passing the tests and may request help in case of difficulty.

The themes on which they will have to confrontarsis from theancient art to modern art, represented by photography, cinema and street art, from dialect to the profound faith, popular beliefs and legends.

Are you ready to search for the coveted treasure?
