Saturday 23 November 2024, prevention returns to the forefront in Naples with a new event Prevention SaturdaysThe event will be held in Piazza Dante, from 9: 00 to 18: 00, offering citizens a unique opportunity to participate in a free cancer screening campaign and free access, until stocks run out. The initiative is organized byASL Napoli 1 Center and aims to raise awareness of the importance of prevention in the fight against cancer.

What services will be available?

During the day on Saturday, the following services will be available for residents of theASL Napoli 1 Center:

• Mammography: Performing and booking mammograms for women aged 45 to 69.
• Pap Test and HPV Test: Execution and booking for women aged 25 to 64. These tests are essential for the prevention of cervical cancer.
• Colon Rectum Kit Delivery: Colorectal screening kits available for men and women aged 50 to 74 years.

Prevention and free access

Access to screening is price quotation and no reservation is necessary: ​​the services will be available until all places are filled, which means that it is advisable to arrive early to take advantage of the opportunity.
