“In Dimora” 2025, free tours in historic homes in Campania

From 22 February at 30 March 2025, come back”In Residence“, the event that allows you to visit some of the most fascinating historic homes in the city for free. CampaniaThe project, promoted by the Campania region and built by Scabec, offers a unique experience that combines art, music and food and wine tradition in five places of great historical and architectural value.
The homes featured in the tour
The visits will take place in five suggestive locations, each with a story to tell:
- San Carlo Palace – Santa Maria Capua Vetere (CE) (22-23 February): an elegant eighteenth-century residence that pays homage to the San Carlo Theater of Naples, enriched by the vocal performance of Ra di Spina.
- Palazzo Mustilli – Sant'Agata de' Goti (BN) (March 1-2): historical residence linked to the production of Falanghina, accompanied by the singer-songwriter's music Thomas First.
- Villa Wenner – Pellezzano (SA) (March 8-9): neoclassical residence with centuries-old gardens, which will host the reggae-folk energy of Jovine.
- Casoli Estates – Iorio Palace – Candida (AV) (March 15-16): a journey between 18th century architecture and viticulture, enriched by the voice of Greta Zuccoli.
- Capece Palace – Caivano (NA) (March 29-30): ancient nineteenth-century residence with a valuable art collection, closing of the event with the sounds of Fede 'n' Marlen.

Experiences between culture and entertainment
During each stage, visitors will be accompanied by the owners of the houses or by historical experts who will illustrate their artistic value. The route will be embellished by tastings of local delicacies and exclusive concerts which will make the experience even more engaging.
The visits will take place in two shifts on Saturday afternoon (18:00 pm and 19:30 pm) and two shifts on Sunday morning (11:00 am and 12:30 pm).
