Many events from morning to evening and free coffee time for women during the International Coffee Day at Garmbrinus in Naples!
Monday 1 October 2018 we celebrate the International Coffee Day and Gran Caffè Gambrinus a Napoli is ready to celebrate this our historical heritage with many events from morning to evening.
This is the most important initiative in the city, which comes from the historic café in 160 years has served over 200 millions of coffee cups to anyone, including kings, queens, politicians, celebrities and, of course, people of the people.
From the 11.00 of the morning to the 21.00 there will be many events between shows and Café Chantant and will take place in the historic golden rooms, where D'Annunzio also wrote his poems and Oscar Wilde his aphorisms.
In addition, in the morning there will also be thefree coffee time for all women.

Program of the International Coffee Day
- The show of Café Chantant, a medley of songs, dances and poems all dedicated to Neapolitan coffee, with Mario Aterrano and Ettore Squillace (singers and artistic direction), Thayla Orefice (in the role of the sciantosa) and the Danceworks dance corps
- The singer Gennaro De Crescenzo who, in the footsteps of his uncle Eduardo, will sing the classic Neapolitan songs
- The actor Massimiliano Cimino will tell us about coffee by trying his hand at interpreting Eduardo De Filippo and Massimo Troisi
The very young actor Umberto Del Prete will play the prince of laughter, Totò, accompanied by the artist Carla Buonerba - Show in honor of Caffè Gambrinus created by Carolina Sergio (light soprano) and Monica Rosati (soprano-sciantosa) accompanied by Natalia Apolenscaja on the piano, by Massimiliano Giordano Orsini on the violin and by Nando Pirone on the flute
