Is called Ischia Safaris, the event born from an idea of the Chefs Nino di Costanzo and Pasquale Palamaro, with the aim of enhancing, in Ischia, the flavors and delicacies of our territory, according to the interpretations of the greatest personalities of Italian cuisine.
An event therefore, also made possible by the cultural association Ischia Saperi e Sapori - Cultural and Artistic Center, which is not for profit but exclusively to enhance good food and our food and wine culture.
Sunday 25 and Monday 26 September 2022 the fifth edition of Ischia Safaris which will be dedicated to pizza and in fact it will see the participation of ben 32 great pizza chefs from all over Italy. The program will be there Pizza, the Roman pizza, in baking tin, shovel, fried, and then fry, pucce, frying pans and much more. Everything will take place in two beautiful locations: Negombo Park and the Regina Isabella Hotel.

- 20 hours: 30 Charity Dinner at the Indaco restaurant of the Regina Isabella. Various chefs will collaborate to create an exclusive menu for a gourmet dinner. The cost is 250 euros per person.
26 Settembre
- 19:30 pm at the Negombo Thermal Park with Chefs, Pizzaioli and Pastry Chefs who will prepare tasty recipes, Neapolitan pizza, niche products, tasting of local and national wines. The cost is 70 euros and includes 30 drinks and 5 beverages.
