At the Archaeological Museum of Naples the exhibition Kene / Spazio: an intense journey through the photographs of Mohamed Keita to tell the changing Mali!

From Thursday 22 October to Monday 30 November 2020, MANN, the Archaeological Museum of Naples, the exhibition Kene / Space will take place, which will catapult you to Africa.

In fact, through the photos the artist Mohamed Keita will charm you by telling the story of Mali and Africa. The event is organized by Fondazione Pianoterra Onlus and curated by Sara Alberani and arrives in the Neapolitan city after making a stop in Prato, the exhibition will then continue in Rome and Milan.

Kene / Space at MANN

The creator of the exhibition, the photographer Mohamed Keita, was born in the Ivory Coast and only in 2010 arrived in the capital as a political refugee. For him there photography born first as passion, then turning into a real job, allowing him to share his masterpieces with others.

The photo exhibition Kene, which means Space, includes about 5 photographs by the author e 50 images made by his young students in Mali. This fantastic project will be accompanied by workshops that will take place in schools and educational centers for young people in the area.
