From Tuesday October 12, 2021 at 20:00 it goes on stage in the wonderful San Carlo Theater of Naples the masterpiece of Giacomo Puccini, or La Bohème, Directed by Emma Dante.
The beautiful work, which tells the story of young artists in the Paris of 1830, will mark the start of the show season for the Neapolitan Massimo and moreover, as stated by the superintendent Stéphane Lissner, Emma Dante's debut at the San Carlo represents a truly special moment.
The appointments with La Bohème at the San Carlo Theater
The first appointment with La Bohème at the San Carlo Theater in Naples is set for October 12, 2021 at 20:00, the day on which the Orchestra and the choir of the Theater will be directed by the great master Juraj Valčuha. In total they will be five replicas, until October 19, 2021.
There will also be one on the program second inauguration and in fact, after the staging of La Bohème, there will be the inauguration of the Season 21 / 22 of the San Carlo Theater Otello by Giuseppe Verdi. The Orchestra and the Chorus will be directed by Maestro Michele Mariotti and the direction will be entrusted to Mario Martone.
