From 1 to 5 August 2024, the picturesque Via Diaz of Montecorvino Pugliano (SA) will host the Festival of the Ancient Apulian Flavors. the annual celebration, the result of the collaboration between the Pro Loco and the Municipality, is a tribute to the culinary traditions of Puglia, offering a complete immersion in the tastes and aromas of a region rich in history and gastronomic culture.

The menu is a real journey through Apulian cuisine:

• Handmade cavatielli, larded with beans: a dish that blends fresh pasta with the rustic flavor of beans.
• O' Cuzzetiello with aubergine parmigiana: a delicious combination of sandwich stuffed with parmesan.
• 'sciurilli' pancakes e Parmizzona (mozzarella stuffed with aubergine parmigiana): appetizers that mix traditional flavors in innovative formats.
