Luci d'Artista 2024 in Salerno, dates of the lighting

With the arrival of the holidays, Salerno is preparing to light up with the magic of Luci d'Artista 2024The inaugural ceremony of the famous lights will be held Friday November 29 2024, transforming the streets and squares of the city into a spectacle of lights and colours, capable of attracting thousands of visitors from all over Italy and abroad.

This year, the path of Luci d'Artista will also include Flavio Gioia Square and the great Christmas tree in Piazza Portanova, which will be turned on 6th December, giving an even more magical atmosphere to the city centre.

Friday, November 29, 2024: Opening Ceremony

• 17 hours: 00: Opening ceremony at the Villa Comunale of Salerno. A light show will officially kick off the event, turning on the first installations.
• 18 hours: 30: Switching on the lights in Brescia Civil War Square, in the eastern part of the city. Another event to involve the entire community in a shared experience of light.

Friday 6 December 2024: Special lighting

• Lighting of the light works in Flavio Gioia Square.
• Lighting the big one Christmas tree in Piazza Portanova. This moment will represent one of the highlights of the event, bringing even more magic to the heart of Salerno.
