Campania gastronomy, interactive itineraries and events at Magna 2015, the agri-food exhibition in San Domenico Maggiore

From October 13 2015 to January 10 2016 the exhibition will be set up Magna - Neapolitan Agri-food Exhibition, San Domenico Maggiore, in the belly of Naples.
Thanks to Expo 2015 in Milan, attention has been brought back to the theme of nutrition, understood as nutritive process indispensable for everyone but also as a productive and economic activity. And in this Neapolitan exhibition, desired by the Department of Culture and Tourism, designed and curated by architect Marco Capasso, through the interactive multimedia installations, the various phases of agri-food processing will take place, from harvesting in the fields to consumption on the table.
In particular, we will analyze lagriculture and Neapolitan gastronomy from the historical, scientific and social point of view through tasting itineraries, tactile , olfactory, workshop e WORKSHOPS in which everyone can participate, including children, who must learn to eat healthier.
They will be exhibited the products of excellence from Campania, ranging from gastronomy to viticulture, from the bakery to the pasta factory, from the dairy to the brewery, from the roasting to the end in sweetness with the pastry.

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October
Cheese tasting.
Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October
Showfood ... what a show of food.
A show that combines theater and music with art and food, with curiosities and recipes presented by a nutritionist, a chef, a sommelier and a musician with his band.
Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October
San Marzano DOP tomato and tomato piennolo DOP (tastings, workshops and workshops) with demonstration of the production of the piennolo.
Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November
Chocolate and nougat tastings.
