Maradona the rebel genius, the free exhibition in Pompeii with 140 photos of Dios
From April 2nd to June 9th 2023 at Temporary Museum in Piazza Bartolo Longo in Pompeii, there will be a beautiful free exhibition entitled Maradona, the rebel genius.
A special exhibition dedicated to pibe of gold, an opportunity to let the public know some of the most important and happy moments of the period in which Diego Armando Maradona lived in Naples. There will be many images on display, photos by Sergio Siano, which portray a San Paolo stadium full of fans, happiness in the eyes of the latter after the most important goals, and then again the hugs of Maradona with his teammates.
But not only that, because photos will be exhibited that also portray the moments when Maradona was alone to train in the Paradise center.

In addition to the 140 photographs of Sergio Siano, one of the most famous Neapolitan photojournalists, guests will also be able to admire more than 100 authentic memorabilia that belonged to the Argentine footballer, such as balls, shirts, shoes, captain's bands and much more, objects on loan from the Vignati Museum in Naples.
Among these will also be the ball of the match won in Turin against Juventus in the year they won their first championship, i.e. 1987, and that of the Mexico '86 World Cup match, the year in which Argentina obtained the title of world champion.
