Masks at school, if everyone is vaccinated there is no obligation
As we now know, from 1 September 2021 the Green Pass is also mandatory for schools, specifically for teachers and school staff. In fact, students will not have to show it since the obligation at the moment is only for university students, but in any case there is an obligation to wear a mask.
For this rule, however, there are exceptions in cases where the whole class is made up of immunized students, therefore vaccinated.
In fact, in this case, according to the decision of the Council of Ministers, it is possible be exempted from wearing it.
No mask in the classroom: here are the cases
The purpose of the Ministry of Education is to avoid resorting to distance learning until the end of the school year by resorting to vaccinations, masks and distancing. As anticipated, however, there may be exceptions and they will be resorted to if all students are vaccinated in the classroom. In this case there is no obligation to wear a mask for students.
In the other case, where therefore students are not all vaccinated, these can wear community masks, that is the one not for medical use, while teachers and school staff must wear the surgical one. And if it is not possible to respect the distance, then the students must also wear the surgical one.
According to the Scientific Technical Committee, students may not wear masks if all vaccinated, but they must also respect the distance of one meter between the counters standing at your desk, but you shouldn't find yourself in situations where aerosolization is favored, such as when doing musical activities.
in canteens, operators must always wear a mask and the distance must be maintained while eating the meal and at the entrance and exit, even by staggering the entrances.
The other cases in which there is a derogation from the obligation concern i children who are less than 6 years old, people with incompatible pathologies or disabilities with the use of a mask and those who do sports.
Distance learning
The goal is to not to resort never to distance learning, regardless of the color of the Region (white, yellow, orange or red), except when strictly necessary. The mayors or the Presidents of Regions and Autonomous Provinces have the right to decide to close some specific institutes or those falling within a specific high-risk area.
