Bricks in the Villa: the event dedicated to Lego enthusiasts in Piano di Sorrento

A Piano di Sorrento everything is ready for “Bricks in the Villa”, an event dedicated to fans of Lego of all ages. Organized by the municipal administration, the event will be held in the halls of Villa Fondi during the weekend of Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 October 2024, offering creative and fun activities for everyone.

After last year's success, the Lego are back as protagonists, inviting adults and children to try their hand at constructions, games and competitions. Let's discover together the main activities of the event and how to participate.

Event Activities

During “Bricks in the Villa”, visitors will be able to participate in numerous activities designed to stimulate creativity and fun for everyone. Here are the main ones:

• Duplo Lab: an area dedicated to younger children, where they can build and play safely with the Double, the largest and easiest to handle bricks.
• Creative laboratory: a space where participants can give free rein to their imagination, creating original structures and models using the classics Lego.
• Off-road Racer Circuit: a track for racing cars built with the Lego, designed to test participants' skills on an obstacle course.
• Brick Museum: the origins: an exhibition that tells the story of the Lego, from the first versions to the most recent collections, offering an overview of the birth and evolution of these famous bricks.

Times and participation

“Bricks in the Villa” will take place over two consecutive days, with activities on both Saturday and Sunday. The program for Saturday 26 October 2024 includes two opening sessions: in the morning from 10: 00 to 12: 30 and in the afternoon from 14: 00 to 18: 30. On Sunday 27 October 2024, however, the activities will have a continuous schedule, from 10: 00 to 18: 30. “Untie Your Imagination” Contest

In addition to the main activities, the competition is also planned “Unleash your imagination”, which invites participants to create their own original model using the Lego.
