The official inauguration is scheduled for the day before, Friday April 18, coinciding with Good Friday.

A Roman tavern in the heart of gourmet Naples

The place was born from an idea of Max Mariola (3 million followers on Instagram), a Roman chef known for his presence on social media and TV, where he has won over the public with a direct and passionate style, as well as with the famous catchphrase “The Sound of Love”. After her experiences in Rome and elsewhere, Mariola chooses via Partenope to open his first tavern in Southern Italy, bringing with him carbonara, cacio e pepe, porchetta and all the substance of the Roman tradition.

The format: Mom's cooking and a view of Vesuvius

The name of the restaurant, “Fiorella’s Tavern”, is a tribute to the chef's mother, and follows an idea of family and genuine cuisine. The menu is a journey through the flavors of Trastevere, with genuine dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed without formality.

The space is large and designed to accommodate both those looking for a quick lunch and those who want to enjoy a calm dinner: 40 seats inside, 100 outside overlooking the Gulf, for a total of 140 seats.

How much does it cost to eat at Osteria da Fiorella?

Mariola's approach remains faithful to her idea of accessibility and simplicity: according to initial information, a complete three-course meal will cost around 30 euro per person, positioning itself among the most democratic on the Lungomare, usually populated by establishments more oriented towards fish or pizza.

A different addition to the Neapolitan gastronomic map

Among famous pizzerias and restaurants specializing in seafood cuisine, the arrival of apure roman tavern print bar is a absolute novelty for the area. The challenge is to bring together two strong traditions, Naples and Rome, without forcing: only with taste, irony and well-executed dishes. And for Max Mariola, all the cards seem to be in order.
