The Maggio dei Monumenti starts in Naples with a rich program of events including guided visits, exhibitions, special openings in the monuments and much more!
This year the May of Monuments in Naples takes place, despite the very delicate period due to the pandemic, but will naturally do so with all the measures to live the events safely.
It starts on May 1, 2021 and the appointments will mainly take place on weekends and are the result of the collaboration of touristic guides, schools, businesses, associations, organizations, independent publishing houses, cultural institutes, foundations, and small theaters. The participating artists also lent a great hand conceiving shows and shows, as well as walks and cultural encounters.
The treasure hunt of the Academy of Fine Arts
As every year, the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples has created the graphics of the posters and, this year, also a particular game for those who walk in the streets of the city. It is a treasure hunt called "Star hunt“: You will have to find stylized stars hidden in the posters posted in the city and on the metro line 1 trains, after which you will have to take a selfie with the star to try the discovery. There are 50 t-shirts up for grabs.
