The 1 metro line of Naples carries out a new early closure on Friday 15 July 2022 due to line checks that must necessarily be carried out.
For this reason, the times of the last races will be as follows:
- from Piscinola to Garibaldi at 20.28;
- from Garibaldi to Piscinola at 20.54.
These verification interventions should be functional to the commissioning of the new metro trains which have not yet been activated, but which should work soon.
The closure of the Chiaia funicular next year
In 2023 the Chiaia funicular will close for urgent and urgent works for the maintenance of the whole plant. They have always been postponed, but it is really time to do them.
