In the morning of Wednesday 22 October 2025, Line 1 of the Naples metro has registered a technical issue both at Piscinola station, with consequent limitations to the travel service. This was communicated by ANM, which informed users of the temporary suspension of passenger boarding in the direction Centro DirezionaleHowever, disembarkation for travelers coming from the city center remains permitted.
Restrictions at the station
From hours 6:00Piscinola station has stopped boarding trains headed to the Centro Direzionale (Management Center) due to an unspecified technical issue. Trains are still providing service down the line, allowing passengers to reach the terminus without interruption.
To reduce inconvenience and maintain continuity of connections, ANM has a shuttle service has been established between Piscinola and Chiaiano, operational for the duration of the technical intervention. This way, users can reach Chiaiano station and continue their journey towards the city center.
