Metro Naples June 20, Line 1 and 6 reduced service due to the strike. Timetables
Friday 20 June 2025 one is planned general strike of 24 hours announced byUSB Trade Union Organization, with territorial adhesion also in NaplesThe strike will involve public transport operated by ANM, including bus, tram, trolleybus, metro Line 1, Line 6 and the funiculars, with interruptions planned from 03:01 on 20 June to 03:00 on 21 June.
The following will be activated: guarantee bands, during which transport services will operate regularly:
- by 05: 30 08 to: 30
- by 17: 00 20 to: 00
Outside these hours, services suspended or severely reduced.
Reduced timetables for Metro Line 1
During the day of the strike, the Metro 1 Line a reduced and guaranteed schedule will follow in the following bands:

- First run from Centro Direzionale: hours 7:10
- Last run of the morning from Piscinola: hours 9:15
- Last run of the morning from Centro Direzionale: hours 9:13

For the Line 6, last ride from Mostra hours 9:08, from Town Hall hours 9:14.

Why we are striking: the motivations of the USB union
The strike is part of a national protest with multiple demands. Among the main ones:
- Against the genocide in Palestine and the sending of weapons to Israel
- For peace in international conflicts and against the increase in military spending
- For the increase of wages and minimum pensions to €1000
- Against job insecurity and for a minimum wage of at least €12 per hour
- Against the new security decree and the containment of social protests
- For safety in the workplace and against deaths at work
