The Orange Movement is born: De Magistris presents it in Rome

The 12-12-12 was born Orange Movement, launched by the mayor of Naples Luigi De MAgistris at the Teatro Eliseo in Rome. Immediately the mayor has to clarify that he will not apply to give priority to his work in the city of Naples. Yet, already several days before the presentation of the list, he said he was confident saying that his "hope is to see a theater full of citizens and citizens who still they believe in politics".

With him in Rome there were also others leader of the left, among which Paolo Ferrero of Prc, Angelo Bonelli of the Verdi and Oliviero Diliberto del Pdci. In addition, to report is the fundamental support of the magistrate Antonio Ingroia, a few months ago in Guatemala to direct an investigation unit for the fight against drug trafficking on behalf of the UN.

Just about the matter that involved the magistrate, De Magistris expressed himself with polemical tones, declaring to line up "with Ingroia and not with those who have appealed to the Constitutional Court to prevent light on the State-Mafia negotiations. If there is no clarity on the season of the massacres of the early nineties, Italy will not be able to start again ”.

Even the leader of IDV, Antonio Di Pietro, participated in the Roman meeting, although for just over half an hour. During his speech he said that his party has its own symbol, its own physiognomy and a specific commitment in the political field that it intends to carry forward.

In the months that follow, we will evaluate this new movement, in the hope that it will really be able to mobilize citizens and citizens to whom it will give voice, and not "a place where someone comes to repaint", as De Magistris himself reiterated.
