MozzarelliAmo 2019 at the Vaccheria di Caserta: six days dedicated to the queen of Campania gastronomy
For three consecutive weekends, Saturday and Sunday 1 and 2 June, 8 and 9 June and 15 and 16 June 2019, To Vaccheria di Caserta on the initiative of Pro loco Antico Borgo di Vaccheria the appointment with MozzarelliAmo, this year in its sixth edition.
It is an intense six days dedicated to the queen of Campania gastronomy, or the delicious mozzarella di bufala with a protected designation of origin. Which mozzarella, of course, can also be tasted above real Pizza.
The event is organized by the Pro loco "L'antico Borgo di Vaccheria". In all the appointments the mozzarella will reign supreme in every declination, but it will also be surrounded by music and folk dances that will return it even more, if ever it were needed, to its original context.
During MozzarelliAmo it will be possible to attend the spinning of the curd and alla docking of spun dough by skilled master cheese makers.
