At the Capodimonte Museum in Naples it will be possible to admire some of the exhibitions scheduled until April 2021!

The Museum is closed in compliance with the anti-Covid provisions applied in the orange regions.

On 18 January 2021 the beautiful Capodimonte Museum in Naples has reopened to the public, like many other museums in Campania, after the months of closure for Covid-19 and for this occasion decided to extend all international that were planned, until 6 or 11 April 2021.

We also remember that it is still valid the promotion that allows you to visit the Museum as a couple but buying only one ticket, the promotion will expire on January 22, 2021.

Luca Giordano, from painting to nature

A fascinating exhibition at the Capodimonte Museum dedicated to Luca Giordano, one of the most famous Italian painters of the 600th century, conceived by Sylvain Bellenger, the director of the Museum together with Christophe Leribault, director of the Petit Palais in Paris. The exhibition will contain more than 90 works that will allow you to get to know the career artist of the famous painter. It is extended until 11 April.

Santiago Calatrava. In the light of Naples

A tribute to the great artist, painter, sculptor and architect Santiago Calatrava for his 40-year career. The exhibition on Calatrava wants to underline the deep love that binds Calatrava to the city of Naples. Inside the beautiful Capodimonte Museum you can admire the works of this artist through a new point of view: the light. It is extended until 11 April.

The exhibition is set up in the Royal Apartment of the Capodimonte Museum Naples Naples of lava, porcelain and music it will be an intertwining of the beautiful costumes of the San Carlo Theater and Capodimonte porcelain, linked by the common thread of music with musical instruments of the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory. It is extended until 6 April.

Christiane Lohr meets Capodimonte

Una beautiful exhibition in which you can admire the work of Christiane Lohr, a young German artist who uses organic materials for her works, such as blade of grass, horsehair, seed. The work can only be viewed with natural light to fully appreciate its meaning. It is extended until 11 April.
