On 7 June 2015 the free museums return to Naples! Here is the list of all the participating poles
On the occasion of the initiative #DomenicalMuseo, Sunday 7 June 2015 the museums and cultural centers of Campania and Naples will be open to the public for free.
The initiative, by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, represents the application of the Franceschini Decree which from July 2014 provides, on the first Sunday of each month, the extraordinary and completely free opening of all museums, galleries, archaeological sites, parks and monumental gardens in Italy.
Even Naples is among the cities that have joined the project, recording big consents by the Neapolitan public, from month to month more and more numerous. These excellent results, which confirmed the thirst for culture on the part of the Neapolitans elimmense patrimony, historical, cultural and artistic that the city has to offer.
Excellent goals capable of transforming every first Sunday of the month into "A day of celebration, the participating museums are growing " as stated by Franceschini himself, who hopes for private museums to join “To truly make this initiative a formidable opportunity for links between museums and their territory".
