Fun and lots of doc pizzas at the Napoli Pizza Village 2015 on the Lungomare Caracciolo!
From 1 to 6 September 2015 come back on Lungomare Caracciolo of Naples and the Rotanda Diaz, as we had already anticipated, the fifth edition of Naples Pizza Village, the event promoted by the Neapolitan Pizzaiuoli Association and the Milan Expo.
The menu
The menu (from this year also available online) costs 12 €, and includes pizza margherita or marinara (or fried or by the meter), a Coca Cola or a Nastro Azzurro beer or water. Finally, a soft staple as a dessert or, alternatively, a fresh ice cream accompanied by a simple coffee or grandfather's tasty coffee.
Furthermore, one will be reserved special menu for celiacs, that from this year, in addition to pizza (cooked in a special oven to avoid contamination with other gluten-containing ingredients), they will also be able to eat gluten-free beer and desserts.
Online ticket
From this year the Pizza Village ticket can be purchased online allowing you to skip files at the tills and it will only cost 1 € more.

Many will be historic pizzerias and famous protagonists of the event. We list the first fifteen (in order of station) on a total of about 50 participating pizzerias

Program of Naples Pizza Village 2015
The evenings will be animated by the sympathetic Lino D'Angiò which will present all the scheduled shows, including the concert by Fabio Concato and the Made in Sud show with the participation of many comedians. Finally we will assign the XIV Caputo trophy, that will decree the best pizza maker on an international level.

- 4 September Maurizio Casagrande in “And… music revolves around me”.
- 5 September Lino D'angiò show
- 6 September Pizza Village live contest (at 20.30, by the Department of Youth Policies of the Municipality of Naples) and Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli show with Luca Sepe, Fabio Brescia and Tony Tammaro (at 22.00)
How to Get There:
Metro
2 Line: Piazza Amedeo or Mergellina station.
1 Line: Municipio station which is 2 km away and makes the last run from Garibaldi to Piscinola at 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays. On the other days the last ride from Garibaldi is at 32:23 pm.
Bus
C18, R7 and 151: they cross via Giordano Bruno to Piazza Vittoria
Night service with N1 and N2 lines to Fuorigrotta and to piazza Garibaldi (N1) and to Fuorigrotta and Posillipo (N2)
Chiaia Funicular: Piazza Amedeo-Parco Margherita station (1,5 km from the Village) is closed for extraordinary maintenance
Cars
From the ring road: exit Fuorigrotta, continue towards the center-Mergellina. At Piazza Sannazzaro turn right on the waterfront and then left via Caracciolo.
Via Marina side: Galleria della Vittoria - Piazza Vittoria - Riviera di Chiaia
Corso Vittorio Emanuele side: Piazza Amedeo - via Martucci
