Naples, Strike Metro lines 1, 6, Bus and Funiculars Monday 18 November
ANM (Neapolitan Mobility Company) announces that on Monday 18 November 2024, the main trade union organizations in the public transport sector, including FILT CGIL, FIT CISL, UILTRASPORTI, UGL FNA, USB, FAISA CONFAIL, Or.SA TPL and FAISA CISAL, will join one strike of 4 hoursThe strike will take place from 11: 00 to 15: 00 and could lead to disruptions to local public transport services.
Attention: the strike has been called off.
Anm has announced that the strike will no longer take place and therefore transport will proceed normally.
ANM strike methods and times
The interruption of service will be managed respecting the guarantee bands, with specific methods for each line and service:
- Surface lines (trams, buses, trolleybuses): The last departures will be made approximately 30 minutes before of the start of the strike, while the service will resume approximately 30 minutes after the end of the strike.
- Metro Line 1: The last race will start from Piscinola at 10:24 and Garibaldi at 10:28The service will resume with the first ride from Piscinola at 15:12 and Garibaldi at 15:52.
- Metro Line 6: The last race will start from Show at 10:46am and Town Hall at 10:38.
- Funicular: The funiculars of Mergellina, Centrale and Montesanto will guarantee the last morning ride at 10:40. The service will resume with the first afternoon run at 15:20. The plant Chiaia will remain closed and a replacement bus service 128 according to the warranty bands.
