Sunday September 19 2021 there will be the National Day of Small Museums, promoted by the Italian Small Museums Association, with extraordinary openings and for free of some "minor" museums of Campania.
This is an initiative that also wants to promote these small cultural realities, but very important for the territory, which in any case manage to make ours known immense historical and cultural heritage. This day aims to enhance the strength of these small structures, their essential role and their functionality.
In Campania there will be various appointments between Naples and the province and in the Avellino area. Let's see them together.

Giacomo Leopardi Social Library of Casalnuovo di Napoli
The museum will be open from 10:00 to 12:30 with free admission to visit the exhibition "The Tools of the Trade”Where the tools of the ancient craft of the tailor are exhibited. You can also visit the area dedicated to Dante's works in which there are bronze medals and sculptures by great artists of the last century such as Emilio Greco, Pericle Fazzini, Goffredo Verginelli and Giacomo Manzù. You can also visit the room with the woodcuts of the Divine Comedy by Salvador Dalì.
Visitors will receive as a gift a book from the series “Una Città Che Scrive” conceived by Giovanni Nappi.

Archaeological Museum of Bisaccia
In the Museum the state finds of the excavations carried out on the hill of the Old Cemetery and the exhibition aims to reconstruct the ancient history of the area. There are more than 800 finds of funeral objects di 50 tombs of the first and second Iron Age (late XNUMXth-XNUMXth century BC) including ceramic artifacts and personal ornaments.
