Neapolis Marathon on October 13th, the streets of Naples involved

For 13 October 2024 Napoli is preparing to host the fourth edition of the Naples Marathon, an event that celebrates the city with a 42.195 km route rich in history and natural beauty. The event represents a fascinating challenge for athletes and a unique opportunity to experience Naples in a completely new and vibrant way.

The Marathon Route

La Naples Marathon offers an itinerary that captures the essence of Naples:

• Departure from the Lungomare: the route begins against the breathtaking backdrop of Vesuvius, along the seafront where the sea merges with the city.
• Passage from Castel dell'Ovo: the runners will pass by this ancient castle, a legendary place linked to the myth of the Siren Partenope.
• Crossing the San Vincenzo Pier: running close to the water, participants will feel the fresh touch of the sea breeze.
• Maschio Angioino and San Carlo Theatre: the route continues among these historical monuments, symbols of Neapolitan art and culture.
• I arrive at Plebiscito Square: the finish line will be in one of the most majestic squares of Naples, where history and modernity meet.

Departure is at 8:00 am from the Naples seafront.
